The chevron pattern is one of the hottest patterns right now in fashion and home décor. A chevron is an inverted V and in patterned fabric is repeated to mimic a zigzag. Italian Designer Massoni has made the chevron “flamestich” pattern his signature look that has stood the test of time.
If you want to join in the Chevron craze simply add a patterned pillow, chair or drapery side panels to instantly transform and update your living space. The chevron pattern helps adds color and contrast in a modern way. I love the look of a black and white chevron area rug teamed with bright colored accessories.
But don’t overdo it! Too much chevron in one room can create a chaotic, messy look. A little goes a long way.
