25 Years of design experience

Connie’s love of fashion and design piqued her interest in a career in window coverings at an early age. A talented seamstress, Connie was excited at the prospect of making custom draperies for a living. To perfect her craft and expertise, she decided to work as a window treatments designer for a major retailer, reaching the 4-million-dollar club. An All-Star Level designer, she received numerous awards for sales, high closing rate and customer appreciation. She now owns her own design business.

When asked what she enjoys most about being a designer, Connie said, “I love helping clients come up with creative ways to dress their windows. Finding that perfect solution that fits their needs and provides function and fashion to make their living space a pleasurable place to be and entertain.”

Connie would describe her personal design style as casual and lives by three words: relaxed, informal and comfortable. She prefers neutral, earthy tones and enjoys home decor that pays tribute to nature and textured fabrics. Connie often uses elements of wood, leather and metal to keep interiors warm and textural.
