Janel is a window treatment certified designers who has been serving the Carson City, Douglas County and Tahoe areas for eight years.

Inspiration

Janel has been selling custom window designs for eight years now.  She began when an interior designer friend asked for help organizing her office. Perusing her friend’s sample books proved an inspiration she could not resist. She began to learn all she could about the art of window treatments, and when her friend moved away, she started her career in the business.

Combining efficiency and comfort

Janel loves exploring different houses and seeing how her clients put their personal stamp on their homes. “I love helping people choose products that will enhance the efficiency and comfort of their home as well as make them feel better about their surroundings. It’s gratifying helping clients with their questions. Together, we can make decisions they’ll feel good about.”

Classic style

Janel defines her personal style as classic. Warm colors and rooms that make her clients feel comfortable and relaxed are what she strives for. “We lives in our homes – they’re not just showpieces – and they need to have a sense of style, some practicality, without being hard, cold or formal.”
